With over 20 years' experience, we are familiar with making curtains for contemporary as well as older and more unusual properties. Our beautiful, handmade bespoke curtains are created in our rural workshop in Firle and we take pride in ensuring every last detail is perfected - from lead weights sewn into the hems to ensure the finished curtains drape elegantly, to hand-finished buckram headings in a variety of styles.

We strongly recommend interlining curtains, not only for aesthetic but also for practical reasons, especially for older houses and doors, where draught exclusion is paramount and can advise on the appropriate weight for the type of fabric chosen. We use top quality linings in a choice of neutral colours giving our curtains a luxurious finish. We can also supply blackout lining, which is especially suitable for bedrooms, or even thermal lining for real heat insulation.

As an alternative window treatment, we can offer a wide variety of handmade roller and venetian blinds as well as shutters that integrate with contemporary or traditional interiors, all at affordable prices. Our handmade Roman blinds are a very popular solution and we have successfully recycled our clients’ favourite fabrics and old curtains into something new and special. We can supply a wide range of roller and Venetian blinds from reputable suppliers and we can advise on what form of blind can offer the best solution for your home in terms of privacy, ventilation and light control.
